How does it work?
Before the Headshot Event - We work together with your key stakeholders or hr staff to decide on the scope of your project including the days and times, locations, and the number of employees requiring headshots.
During the Headshot Event - We arrive early to set up our on-location studio. Working with your staff we coordinate each person’s turn in line so no time is wasted or productivity lost. Each headshot takes no more than 5 minutes which means that your employees are not disrupted from their regular duties of the day.
After the Headshot Event - If on-site proofing was chosen we will begin retouching your employees’ selected images and will deliver them in a final company gallery. If online proofing was chosen we will work with your staff to first deliver a proofing gallery where each employee can log in and select their desired headshot. Once all employees have chosen we will begin retouching your employees’ selected images and will deliver them in a final company gallery.
* Due to travel and setup time there is one hour minimum for all projects. **Requires a minimum of 8 employees per headshot event. There is a 4 employee minimum per headshot event and the cost for 1-4 employees is $50 per employee.
